开始说话
- 在 ChatGPT 桌面 App 中打开一个新的空白聊天或任务。
- 发送消息前，选择 Start new voice chat（开始新语音聊天）。
- 首次开始语音聊天时，允许麦克风访问、选择声音，并在 macOS 上检查 Screen context（屏幕上下文）。
- 开始说话；完成后选择 End（结束）。
聊天或任务必须从语音模式开始，才能使用 ChatGPT Voice。从其他模式开始的聊天或任务只会提供语音听写。若要恢复先前的语音聊天，请打开它并选择 Start voice chat（开始语音聊天）。
你可以在 Settings > Voice > Voice chat hotkey（设置 > 语音 > 语音聊天快捷键） 中设置快捷键。
进行对话
ChatGPT Voice 支持自然的轮流对话。你可以在 ChatGPT 回复时打断它、继续追问或改变方向。如果 ChatGPT 已开始工作，你仍可继续交谈，检查进度或调整任务。
委派和协调工作
ChatGPT Voice 可以为耗时较长的任务启动独立对话线程、检查现有对话线程并发送后续指令。它会把进度、阻塞项和结果带回语音对话，让你在工作继续进行时保持交谈。

在 macOS 上，前往 Settings > Voice（设置 > 语音） 开启 Screen context（屏幕上下文），然后说 “Take a look at this.” ChatGPT 可以获取最前方窗口的 Appshot 并将其用作上下文。你的组织可以禁用此能力。
Appshot 可能包含窗口图像和可访问文本，包括可见滚动区域之外的内容。macOS 可能会请求 Screen & System Audio Recording（屏幕与系统音频录制） 和 Accessibility（辅助功能） 权限。请避免分享含有敏感信息的窗口，包括可见滚动区域之外的文本。
ChatGPT Voice 与语音听写
需要与 ChatGPT 实时对话时，请使用 ChatGPT Voice；如果只想在发送前把语音转换成提示词文本，请使用语音听写。
限额与故障排查
ChatGPT 桌面 App 同一时间只能有一场活动语音聊天。语音对话使用独立的套餐限额，并按滚动五小时窗口计量；通过 Voice 启动的任务仍会消耗 Codex 用量。当任一限额用尽时，ChatGPT 会通知你。详见 Voice 定价与限额。
如果无法开始语音聊天，请确认你的套餐、功能发布范围和工作区支持 ChatGPT Voice，再检查麦克风权限，以及其他 App 窗口中是否已有活动语音聊天。如果 Screen context 不可用，请检查 Settings > Voice、Appshots 权限和组织限制。
